“yourprofilecard.com” provides Online Profile Card services to your subject to the following Terms and Conditions (“T&C”), which may be updated from time to time without notice. You can review the most current version of the T&C at any time on this page. By purchasing a profile card from yourprofilecard.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and have agreed to the terms and conditions described below. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this website and any of our products.
If you purchase only a profile, then all the management related to hosting and domain work to take your profile online must be done by yourself. All the customization and details will be filled by us related to the purchased profile or you can customize it yourself.
Profile Purchase / Hosting / Sub-Domain – Domain
We charge for profile only once according to the profile cost. We have different plans for hosting [click here to know more about our plans]. If you have purchased hosting from us, then the cost will be according to your selected hosting plan and if you have purchased sub-domain, its expiry date depends on your hosting plan validity. For an already purchased domain, your domain provider details will be needed to take your profile online.
Payments Terms
There are different payment options Profile Card has provide. There is no Cash payment option, so you have to pay online only. Once you purchased Profile Card, your money will not be refundable. After completion of a profile card, only 3 times you will get free customization after that every customization will be paid.
After Purchasing Profile
After successful payment of your selected profile, we require your information and images which you wish to display on your profile. After receiving your details it will take 3 days for us to take your profile online (Only if you have purchased hosting and domain/Sub-Domain plan as well).
Personal Information
Your information should accurate and true. Because whatever Profile Card gets information from your side will be uploaded in the same manner. If you share any fake information then you are solely responsible for any future problems. Do not share any data that would violate any property rights of others. Your data should not be corrupted or contains a virus.
Warranty
Our purchased WordPress theme will run perfectly on the latest stable version of WordPress. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. We reserve the rights to reject support requests for problems that occur after profile files have been modified or third party plugins have been installed.
Customer Support
Customer Support is about helping you to install, configure and tweak your purchased profile, and make small modifications (like moving your section up or down adding additional profile details that do not require any additional third party plugin or paid services) to make the profile better suited to your needs. Please do not request for complex customization which is not included in your package. [It will cost additionally]. We do not provide support for any third-party plugins you may choose to use with your theme. Customization’s under the chosen profile theme would be done by us, but not complete customization which might cost additionally.
We work from Monday to Saturday (Customers outside India would be supported as per the global timing). Our standard reply time for any queries would be within 24 hours from the time when the query is raised.
Browser Compatibility
Our profiles have been tested to work on Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari and Internet Explorer 10 and above.
Refund Policy
There is no refund policy on the purchase. But in case if your Profile Card is not uploaded within 3 days after getting all the information from your side and you are not satisfied then you can apply for a refund. And if upload action got delay by any of the natural calamities then there will be no refund option.
Price Changes
“yourprofilecard.com” reserves the right to change prices of its profile/theme at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
Photos Copyright Info
When viewing the theme demos you will see several photographic images used. These photos serve as example images and some of them are copyrighted to their respective owners and are not available for download with this profile. IMPORTANT! Please be aware that we do not include profile related .PSD files in the theme packages.
Bundled Plugins
In wordpress Profile, The profile package may contains a number of bundled plugins.
Bundled plugins are fully functional without the activation using a registration license key. In case you are willing to receive automatic updates and support from the plugin team, you will need to purchase the plugin separately. Only the direct buyers get the plugin license key.

We have always provided timely, efficient and FREE Premium Class Customer Support. Remember, we do our best to help! Any kind of offensive / abusive words and actions used towards the staff or the help desk people would be taken legally. Your personal information will not be disclosed from our end to anybody (For example: Email/ Phone Number credentials). Only to the right individual the access will be given.
